Classroom materials for student preparation prior to visiting the exhibition will be emailed on request. The exhibition is suitable for students in Year 9-12 and great for a VCE detailed study topic! | July | 25 | 1.30-5pm | Goethe-Institut: 'The German teacher as a producer' workshop for teachers - the age of I-Pod and YouTube has caused profound changes in our communication patterns- not only among young people. Everybody is their own star and producer. Everbody dreams of a musical breakthrough on YouTube. Can we afford to ignore this motivation for learning German? This hands-on event is organized like a role play. Through active participation, the German teachers will receive concrete, realizable examples of how to become a producer of songs in German and thereby to motivate their students to use the German language in a more liberated, creative and authentic way.
